Ramsey Volvo has serviced a 1998 S70 and 2002 S80 purchased near our prior home town for years. They’ve always been a pleasure to deal with. Some maintenance checks have resulted in expensive repairs… and some have resulted in no service charges at all. I trust them to take care of our vehicles and maintain them well. There have never been ‘after the service’ problems either. I trusted them enough to simply go in and buy a new 2012 S60 from them this week without haggling after the 1998 S70 was destroyed by a highway collision with a deer. They were terrific and made the process painless. This is our eighth Volvo purchase.

Stan Rosen was attentive to me the moment I walked into the delearship, and during my subsequent visits. The sales manager (Frank?) and Stan worked with me to negotiate the best deal, offering sound advice in the process. Stan seemed to appreciate my business, given that Ramsey Volvo has long serviced my prior 3 Volvos.

We bought our car from Ramsey Volvo because they had the best customer relations I’ve ever experienced with a dealership. They were honest(really) and considerate of my needs. I’ve since been back for regular maintenance and the customer service just got better. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Ramsey Volvo,

I was able to get an appointment at the time I requested. The oil change was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The safe and secure plan is a nice benefit, with all service included at no cost. The service advisor explained what would be done. He suggested that I rotate the tires, but I declined because I had just had snow tires put on the vehicle the week before my appointment. After the appointment, I received several calls checking to see if I was happy with the service I received.

Great Salesperson! Business manager was also terrific. Received thorough review of all options, and how all works on this new Volvo. When I brought the car in for first service, received great service form person taking in the order, but I do not remember her name at this time.

I have used the Ramsey Volvo dealership for over 15 years. I have purchased three Volvos from them. Their service center has always done a good job. Prices are high but that’s just the way it is with authorized dealers. I will continue to use this dealer to service my Volvo.

My experiences with Ramsey Volvo’s service department since purchasing my S60 in 2008 have been excellent. I am always impressed and feel welcome to see my name posted on the day’s service list, and I have never had difficulty getting a loaner while my car is being serviced. I look forward to many more years of solid auto service and customer service.

Your service team, as explained above in “Names of Employees” is outstanding. My initial greeting from Jack is always welcoming, accommodating, friendly and courteous. He’s never disappointed me and always met my needs. Doug is a story in himself. He’s a GEM!! He makes it a point to come to the waiting room and discuss my service needs in detail. He’s smart, technical, friendly and has a sense of humor. I will not allow any other technician to work on my cars but Doug. Jack and Doug bring class to your service team, which is why I continue to service my cars and purchase my cars there. I currently own four Volvos and your people maintain all of them.

John was very professional in handling the sale & Tom was great in the service dept. He called you when the car was ready and he went over the invoice with me. He also explained what had to be done and following the service the car drove much better.
