Very nice group of folksMarch 10th, 2011
This is my second Volvo, and the second one bought from Ramsey Volvo. In 2008 I went in on a whim just to see if something would catch my eye, to look at cars and three weeks late came home with the first Volvo. Again This past February went in again on the same premise. Went in on a Saturday, had a car by Tuesday. Very nice group of folks there and terrific prices and inventory. Totally recommend this dealer.

This is the second Volvo I’ve leased from Gary Parker and Ramsey Volvo. Needless to say i would not have returned to Gary and Ramsey Volvo if ALL aspects of the purchase experience were not excellent. Gary is impeccable in his manners, knowledge and customer service. I will recommend Gary Parker and Ramsey Volvo to anyone.

The team at Ramsey did a great job. They are located over 2 hours from my home and there are plenty of dealerships between my home and Ramsey that I could have chosen from. I would definatley recommend them for the purchase of a used vehicle. Thanks again, George

Excellent experience start to finishMarch 1st, 2011
Second volvo I have purchased – first at Ramsey. Had an excellent experience start to finish. I was unhappy with another Volvo dealer, which led me to Ramsey. I had an initial discussion with Mr Benedict, which assured me making the trip and passing the other dealer would be worthwhile. Stan Rosen handled my sale and trade in expertly. The business manager, Tim O’Loughlin, was also extremely organized and efficient. I had a great overall experience.

We met Gary Parker and Frank Bennett 3 years ago when we leased our first Volvo. We had a very good experience and loved the Volvo. We just leased another Volvo (S60) from Ramsey and had another great experience with Gary and Frank. They are knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. We love the car and would recommend them to friends and family.

I found myself in need of a car, following an accident that rendered my “like-new” 1999 S70 a Total Loss. I was still “grieving” for my loss when I went to Ramsey Volvo, so was not excited at the prospect of having to get another car. Stan Rosen, smartly, was very low-key in showing me what they had available and I probably wouldn’t have bought if I’d had a high pressure sales pitch. We felt like we got a very fair price on a clean car and after a week with my “new” car, I couldn’t be happier! Tim O’Loughlin was efficient, but friendly and casual in completing the required paperwork. The whole process went very smoothly. I would certainly return again if I were in the market for another vehicle!

Best customer relations I’ve ever experiencedFebruary 11th, 2011
We bought our car from Ramsey Volvo because they had the best customer relations I’ve ever experienced with a dealership. They were honest(really) and considerate of my needs. I’ve since been back for regular maintenance and the customer service just got better. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Ramsey Volvo.

Great car easy experience. will recommend and go again next time!
I was looking for a used Volvo hard top convertible and this car went beyond my expectations. it has low low mileage and was almost brand new even thought it was 3 years old. I also looked for a car like this in 5 states. Ramsey Volvo was the only one who had it.

Happy with the service I receivedJanuary 23rd, 2011
I was able to get an appointment at the time I requested. The oil change was performed in a reasonable amount of time. The safe and secure plan is a nice benefit, with all service included at no cost. The service advisor explained what would be done. He suggested that I rotate the tires, but I declined because I had just had snow tires put on the vehicle the week before my appointment. After the appointment, I received several calls checking to see if I was happy with the service I received.
