A very positive experience. Not too pushy, but very informative and pleasant. Probably influenced our decision to make a quick purchase. I did a lot of internet research to learn about pricing. No real haggling but felt like we got a good price in the end. Good email follow-up. Got a great/fair trade-in price on 1998 Landcruiser.

I have never ever in my life received such great service from any dealer that I have ever dealt with. Our client advisor GARY Parker was not only professional, he was also extremely experienced and knows his product very well. The best part about Gary, he was not PUSHY like other salespeople… It really was a great pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend Gary and the team at Ramsey Volvo to all my friends and family… The professionalism of the dealership was amazing, all the way from Gary, to the business manager and the general sales manager. Stan was an experienced and professional salesperson. He was not pushy or aggressive in his tactics which in my opinion is a more successful selling approach. He was knowledgeable about his products whiched helped us make our decision. The interaction we had wih others at Ramsey Volvo was also good.
